All vehicles must be removed by 9AM.
No electrical or water hook-up.

Refunds only if event is canceled due to weather.

Event & Booth Information
Booth (10x10) — $50.00 for one-day event.
Booth fees are due in full 30 days prior to the event to secure vendor space.
Spaces are outdoors (rain or shine) with no electricity provided.
Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, and equipment.
All booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Your booth rental is considered a donation to the preservation of the Rice-Tremonti home, as such the rental “fee” is a non-refundable donation.

You assume full responsibility for your booth and space. Friends of the Rice Tremonti are not responsible or liable in any way for personal injuries, accidents, nor loss or damage to personal property.

You and anyone associated in any way with your participation in this event agree to observe all rules.
